These terms explain how listings, credits, SecureTrade, delivery, privacy, and user activity work on Dealify.
Terms and Conditions

1. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating or using a Dealify account.
You are responsible for your account and all activity that takes place under it.
2. Dealify as a Marketplace
Dealify is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers.
Dealify does not own, manufacture, inspect, or guarantee items listed by users unless explicitly stated as part of a Dealify service.
3. Listings
Users may create and edit listings, including titles, descriptions, and other basic listing details.
All listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
Dealify reserves the right to reject, remove, edit, limit, or disable any listing at any time if it violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform standards.
4. Credits and Fees
Dealify uses a credit-based system for certain listing and marketplace services.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased or used.
Credits cannot be transferred between users.
Credits do not expire unless otherwise announced by Dealify.
Dealify may update fees, category pricing, listing limits, or credit requirements at any time.
5. SecureTrade
Dealify SecureTrade is designed to provide safer transactions for eligible purchases.
When SecureTrade is used, payment may be held temporarily and released to the seller only after delivery has been completed and confirmed.
If a dispute arises in a SecureTrade transaction, Dealify may review the case and take appropriate action, including cancellation, refund, or other resolution steps where applicable.
Dealify’s involvement in SecureTrade is limited to facilitating safer transaction handling and does not guarantee item quality, exact condition, or buyer satisfaction.
6. Delivery Partners
Delivery for certain transactions may be carried out through Dealify delivery partners, including Waslah and Jeebly.
While Dealify may coordinate delivery as part of its services, Dealify is not responsible for delays, routing issues, or operational problems caused by third-party delivery providers.
7. Communication Outside the Platform
Dealify may redirect users to third-party communication tools such as WhatsApp.
Dealify is not responsible for conversations, promises, agreements, payments, or conduct that take place outside the platform, except where Dealify SecureTrade explicitly applies.
8. Verification and Badges
Dealify may verify certain users and issue verification badges based on internal review processes and submitted information, including Emirates ID where applicable.
A verification badge indicates that a verification process was completed according to Dealify’s standards at the time of review. It does not guarantee future conduct, product quality, or transaction outcomes.
9. Prohibited Activities
Posting fraudulent, false, or misleading listings
Listing illegal, restricted, counterfeit, or prohibited items
Violating copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Harassing, threatening, abusing, or misleading other users
Bypassing Dealify systems, including SecureTrade, fees, or payment flows where required
Using the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
10. Account Suspension or Termination
Dealify may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts, listings, features, or access if these Terms are violated or if Dealify believes such action is necessary to protect the platform, users, or business operations.
11. User Content
By uploading or posting content on Dealify, including text, images, and listing details, you grant Dealify a non-exclusive right to host, display, reproduce, and promote that content within the platform and related marketing or operational materials.
You confirm that you have the legal right to use and upload all content you submit.
12. Limitation of Liability
Except where Dealify SecureTrade expressly applies, Dealify is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, failed transactions, misrepresentations, or conduct between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
13. Changes to These Terms
Dealify may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, account details, listing details, uploaded images, and general usage data related to how you interact with Dealify.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the marketplace, support listings, process payments or SecureTrade requests, communicate important updates, improve user experience, prevent fraud, and maintain platform safety.
3. Sharing Your Information
Dealify does not sell your data. We may share limited information with secure payment processors, trusted service providers, logistics partners, support tools, or law enforcement when legally required.
4. Photos, Location, and Permissions
Dealify may request access to photos so you can upload profile pictures or listing images. Location access may be used to enhance listing details or support location-based features, such as a map pin in a listing description.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to your data, update your information, delete eligible account information, or opt out of non-essential marketing communications where applicable.
6. Data Protection
We use reasonable security practices, including secure infrastructure and protection measures, to help protect your information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage users to review it regularly to stay informed about how their information is handled.
