2. How We Use Your Information
Create, secure, and manage your account
Display and manage your listings
Enable Dealify SecureTrade transactions
Verify identity, prevent fraud, and improve marketplace trust
Send important account, listing, transaction, and support notifications
3. Verification & Emirates ID
If you choose to verify your account, we may securely process or store your Emirates ID and related verification details.
This information is used only for verification, fraud prevention, trust and safety, and account protection.
4. Permissions
Photo access is used only so you can upload a profile picture or add images to your listings.
Location access is optional and may be used to enhance listing details or support location-based features, such as a map pin in a listing description.
5. Notifications
We may send notifications about your account, listings, favorites, messages, credits, SecureTrade requests, or important platform updates.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data.
Delivery partners may receive limited information such as name, phone number, and delivery location when needed for delivery.
Payment or SecureTrade processors may receive information required to complete or review a transaction.
We may share information with authorities if legally required under UAE law.
7. External Communication
Users may communicate through external apps such as WhatsApp.
Dealify is not responsible for conversations, payments, promises, or agreements that happen outside the platform, except where Dealify SecureTrade explicitly applies.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable security systems, secure infrastructure, and internal safeguards to help protect your information.
No online platform can guarantee complete security, but we work to reduce risks and protect user trust.
9. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account or delete your account from available account settings where supported.
Deleting your account permanently removes eligible personal account data, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, transaction, or regulatory retention requirements.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Dealify after updates means you accept the latest version.
